The Aardvark fully supports the Apple iPhone.  It is best to setup your mail account as IMAP, but you can also use POP if you wish.  Using IMAP will keep the mail on our servers so you can also see your email in your primary mail client.  Using IMAP will also store all Drafts, Sent mail, and Trash in your inbox on our servers and you'll be able to access those from your normal desktop mail client as well, even if you created, sent, or deleted the email using your iPhone.

Setting up Apple iPhones

Go into the Settings of your iPhone and select Mail, Contacts, Calendars.  From here select to Add Account. Select the 'Other' option:

You'll then want to fill in the IMAP and Server Information.  Be sure to use
your entire email address as your User Name:

It is highly recommend to use SSL on both the IMAP and SMTP servers.  The default port of 993 should be used for Secure IMAP.

Unless you want your iPhone to automatically delete mail from your inbox on our server, you'll want to set Remove Deleted Messages to Never:
