The following items are not permitted:

	Sites containing pornographic material or "adult" content.
	Nudity of any kind.
	Links to adult sites.
	Sites encouraging illegal activity or racism.
	Sites providing instructions for performing illegal activities.
	Violations or attempted violations of system & network security, or any type of tampering with the system.
	While we do give you unlimited access to your website, we do not allow any application that constantly transfers data to/from your web directory, such as some web cameras.  You can use these applications only if their updates are at least 20 minutes apart.

Requirements for hosting services:

	All subscriptions are paid for in advance.
	Your subscription will automatically renew on an annual basis until you cancel your subscription via our Support page.  Your subscription will also be cancelled if the renewal charge to your credit card is declined and you fail to provide valid billing information.

We guarantee that the service you receive from us will be nothing short of excellent. If for any reason you are not satisfied, we'll make every attempt to make it right. If we still can't make it right to your satisfaction, we'll gladly refund the unused portion of your subscription.

Backups
Aardvark Web Services is powered by the latest Internet technologies. In addition to daily backups of our servers, your online data is protected by RAID storage subsystems and UPS systems. While we make every effort to ensure the availability and integrity of your data, it is your responsibility to maintain local copies of your web & e-mail content.
